ElvaX ProSpector: Intuitive Handheld EDXRF for Elemental Analysis
The ElvaX ProSpector is a portable, handheld energy-dispersive XRF analyzer designed for ease of use without sacrificing precision — delivering reliable elemental analysis in the field, on the production floor, or in the lab.
The ProSpector is built around a 7.2 V Li-ion battery with up to 8 hours of operating time under normal use. It operates at up to 50 kV (standard 40 kV) with a detectable range of Cl to U, or Mg to U with the light element option.
The system is controlled by an HP iPAQ PDA with a 4-inch high-resolution touchscreen display — providing high flexibility and usability. An optional lab stand allows the ProSpector to function as a laboratory-grade instrument under PC or laptop control.
