Lune CHF is an outstanding non-contact system that provides an accurate reading for convective heat flow. Instead of relying on optics, like some traditional non-contact temperature measurement systems, the Lune CHF follows the logical structure and flow of other Luxtron and Ircon solutions. This innovative device can provide quick and accurate temperature readings for the convective heat flow exchange between any two objects. The objects do not even need to be similar – they can be round, flat, mobile, or a structure.

Traditional optical infrared (IR) is dependent on several factors, including the color and size of objects, the speed at which they are going, their texture and reflection, and the emissions. The Lune CHF removes the uncertainty related to these various factors. Instead of being dependent on such tactile methods, you will be able to get results that are not only accurate, but they will be easy to reproduce in any repeat attempts

Calibration & Maintence

Further improving on temperature measurements, the Lune CHF has a reference temperature that you can easily adjust. With a calibration system that automatically calibrates itself, you don’t have to worry about ensuring calibration is done before starting a reading. As soon as you set it the first time, the system will return to the value you originally set – until you adjust the setting again.

Lune CHF also eliminated the common problem of regular wear and tear. They were able able to do that by having no movable parts, making it easier to maintain too. With this maintenance-free system, you will be able to keep a more continuous process with minimal amount of downtime. This is a solution that minimizes or eliminates many common problems with a common spectroscopy need.
