The LP 3000 is a precision lapping and polishing machine designed specifically for preparing ferrous and non-ferrous spectrometric samples — ensuring surface quality that directly supports accurate metal analysis results.
The LP 3000 comes with a lapping tool matched to the alloy type being prepared (Aluminum, Copper, Cast Iron). The basic configuration includes a self-braking single-phase motor at 1500 rpm and a standard sample holder.
Optional configurations include a cutting tool system for non-ferrous samples, a grinding stone for cast iron, and multiple sample holder types (basic, mandrel for round samples, magnetic). A complete stand with dust exhauster is also available.
