PMI-MASTER Smart: Lab-Grade Metal Analysis, Anywhere You Work

The PMI-MASTER Smart is a portable spark OES analyzer that gives you complete metals analysis in the field. Made in Germany, it needs almost no warm-up time and is light and compact enough to take wherever the job is — at height, in a ditch, across indoor and outdoor inspection areas, or back in the lab.

When you’re analyzing steels and alloying materials like aluminum, nickel, and copper in safety-critical environments, you need results you can trust the first time. The Smart delivers reliable low-level detection of carbon, plus P, S, B, As, and Sn in low-alloy and stainless steel and N in duplex steels. It’s easy to re-calibrate and holds stable measurement results even as outdoor temperatures change.

It also measures elements including C and Si reliably on hot surfaces up to 300°C. With ExTOPE Connect cloud-based data management and a customizable report generator, you can share results to remote devices and export them into other software.
