GNR S6 Sirius 500: Next-Generation Laboratory OES for Complete Elemental Analysis
The S6 Sirius 500 is a state-of-the-art laboratory OES spectrometer engineered for comprehensive elemental analysis across ferrous and non-ferrous materials — delivering precision, speed, and ease of use in a single advanced platform.
Manufactured by GNR, the Sirius 500 leverages cutting-edge CMOS detector technology and proprietary EOS® software to deliver high-sensitivity analysis across a wavelength range of 119 nm to 850 nm. This enables precise detection of oxygen in copper matrices and gaseous elements (nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen) in titanium, cobalt, and nickel matrices — capabilities that set it apart from conventional laboratory spectrometers.
Designed with an argon-purged optical system, the Sirius 500 is suited for both general-purpose and demanding applications. Its EOS® software provides an intuitive interface that meets the needs of users at all expertise levels.
Highlights & Applications: Iron, steel, and alloys · Low nitrogen in Fe matrix · Soluble/insoluble content in low alloy steel · Aluminum and alloys (including Na/Li) · Copper and alloys (including oxygen in pure copper) · Nickel, cobalt, magnesium, tin, lead, titanium alloys · Gaseous elements (N, O, H) in titanium matrix
