Depending on the size, weight, and number of pieces you need measured, you can choose to send the products to our in-house metal testing lab or have us perform testing on-site.
In-House Coating Thickness Testing
Our in-house coating thickness testing service is ideal for customers that only need a few sample pieces measured. We regularly test the coating thickness of samples of up to 100 pieces, depending on the size and weight of the sample. On-Site Coating Thickness Testing
If you require samples of larger than 100 pieces to be measured for coating thickness, on-site testing is available. This service is also available for pieces that are cost-prohibitive to ship or parts that have already been installed.
